Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to lead our group exercise classes, conduct fitness assessments, and provide personalized coaching to our members.About the Role The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for fitness and health.They will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging exercise programs, conducting fitness assessments, and providing personalized coaching to our members.Key Responsibilities Lead Group Exercise Classes: Develop and deliver high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.Conduct Fitness Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fitness levels, goals, and needs to create effective personalized exercise plans.Provide Personalized Coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, providing guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.Maintain Client Records: Accurately record client progress, attendance, and feedback to inform program development and delivery.Foster a Positive Gym Environment: Ensure the gym remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all members, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.Requirements Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, group fitness instruction).2+ years of experience in fitness leadership roles.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
