Job Title: Permit To Work Coordinator Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Permit To Work Coordinator to join our team. As a Permit To Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing work permits and ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.Duties and Responsibilities: Manage work permits and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.Prepare and submit detailed reports using software tools, providing insights into project progress and potential risks.Review and interpret technical drawings, identifying potential hazards and areas for improvement.Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Field Risk Assessments (FRA) to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.Promote a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulations.Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and adherence to safety protocols.Maintain and validate certifications, including WMS certification, to demonstrate expertise and commitment to industry best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Permit to Work coordination or a similar role within the oil and gas industry.A diploma or degree in engineering, safety, or a related field is preferred.Advanced skills in MS Office applications are essential, including proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Mandatory certifications include WMS; additional safety certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH are considered an advantage.
