Job Title: Supply Chain Strategy Expert About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions- Monitor and coordinate implementation of business system programs with our business system team- Coordinate with trade compliance team- Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments- Stay aware of state-of-the-art business systems for Supply Chain- Ensure a comprehensive organization of processes for the department and manage it to drive impact on the business and continuous improvement- Ensure correct training and communication of processes- Drive our department KPI program- Representing Supply Chain in the region- Periodically review UAE entity Supply Chain strategy and KPIs Requirements: - Solid structuring and analytical skills- Advanced managerial skills in a multi-cultural environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Power Point- Ability to report and present a strategy at executive level- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)- Fluent oral and written communications in English- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly- Ability to work with customs data- Autonomous Preferred Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred- Minimum of 10 years of experience- Experience working in an international environment
