Job Overview The Operations & Maintenance Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operation and safety of mechanical, electrical, and structural infrastructure within public spaces.This involves daily site visits, monitoring contractors' work, ensuring all systems operate efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of inspections and maintenance works.The manager will coordinate with external contractors and internal teams to execute repairs effectively, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety procedures.This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FM services management, particularly in public sector projects within Abu Dhabi or UAE.Key Responsibilities: Daily site visits to monitor maintenance operations Monitoring contractors' work and ensuring efficient system operation Maintaining detailed records of inspections and maintenance works Coordinating with external contractors and internal teams Implementing safety procedures and conducting risk assessments Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field Relevant certifications and knowledge of applicable regulations and standards Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Extensive experience in FM services management Familiarity with public sector projects in Abu Dhabi or UAE
