Lead Children's Activities Coordinator This role involves leading the planning and execution of diverse age-appropriate activities for children and teenagers in a recreational setting.The coordinator will design engaging programs that promote learning, socialization, and enjoyment for all participants.Key responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with parents regarding their children's participation, safety, and behavior.Additionally, the coordinator will administer first aid when necessary and promptly report incidents to personnel.Responsibilities: Develop and implement daily schedules tailored to different age groups ensuring a balanced program of activities.Manage inventory of equipment, toys, and supplies used in club activities.Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance program offerings and guest experiences.Qualifications: A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.Previous experience working with children and teenagers in recreational, educational, hospitality, or entertainment settings is highly beneficial.Work Arrangement: On-site work only.
