Job Title: Loss Prevention Ambassador Job Summary: As a Loss Prevention Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property. Your duties will include patrolling all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring CCTV systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.Key Responsibilities: Patrol all areas of the property to ensure a safe and secure environment Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies as needed Monitor CCTV systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems to prevent incidents Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential risks Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents Defuse guest/employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from the property Complete incident reports to document Security/Loss Prevention related incidents Handle interruptions and complaints professionally Maintain confidentiality of Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a high level of situational awareness, and the ability to think critically in emergency situations.
