Safety Management Specialist

Job Title: Safety Management Specialist About the Role: In this critical position as a Safety Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of onshore production facilities. This includes implementing and maintaining process safety management systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, integrity management, and design assurance.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industries, with a strong background in safety engineering roles. They must possess a thorough understanding of ADNOC HSE Standards, API, NFPA, OSHA, and IEC safety standards.Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain process safety management systems.Lead and participate in hazard studies during design and construction phases.Evaluate and ensure process safety considerations are integrated into design reviews and modifications.Review and endorse process safety deliverables from EPC contractors.Conduct and validate risk assessments for new and existing facilities.This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural project environment is essential.
