Financial Planning Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic growth and expansion. This individual will lead the way in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts incorporating Saa S metrics.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with organizational goals.Collaborate with global department heads to ensure seamless alignment of financial goals and objectives.Provide in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making with a focus on key Saa S metrics.Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance metrics across regions to identify areas for improvement.Revenue & Accounts Receivable Management Oversee client contract management, reviewing financial terms and conditions to ensure compliance.Manage the complete end-to-end accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to maintain positive relationships with clients.Proactively manage the AR aging process to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and mitigate collection risks.Provide detailed AR reports, aging summaries, and cash flow projections to senior management to inform business decisions.Develop strategies for effective collection to improve cash flow and reduce overdue receivables.Treasury and Cash Management Oversee Treasury activities to ensure multinational cash flow management, currency risk mitigation, and liquidity.Manage multi-currency transactions and mitigate evolving regulatory landscape risks to ensure business continuity.Lead daily and monthly reconciliations of all corporate bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records.Supervise reconciliation of client deposits and funds, documenting all transactions and complying with contractual obligations.Develop short-term cash flow forecasts and provide detailed cash flow projections to senior management to inform business decisions.Investigate payment discrepancies or misallocations and resolve them promptly.Manage relationships with banking partners to optimize services and efficiency.Team Leadership & Process Improvement Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.Assess and improve financial processes and systems for increased efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Implement best practices and technologies for financial operations to drive innovation and excellence.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.Minimum 10 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Demonstrated experience within a multinational Saa S company required.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and IFRS.Advanced proficiency in ERP software, specifically Net Suite.
