Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives in freight forwarding and logistics.Main Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Warehousing & 3PL, Customs Clearance, and Break Bulk Shipments.Client Acquisition: Develop new customer relationships and expand the existing client base through targeted sales activities and networking.Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets through proactive client engagement and solution-based selling.Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and market gaps.Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare competitive commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals successfully.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics industry.Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Air and Sea Freight, 3PL, and customs clearance processes.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
