Senior Paralegal We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our legal team. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive paralegal support and manage corporate secretarial duties.Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management Manage corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and corporate records Ensure compliance with local and international corporate laws and regulations Coordinate with various departments to gather information for legal proceedings and corporate matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and minute books Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field Paralegal certification preferred Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate law Advanced knowledge of corporate law and regulations with a focus on UAE legal framework Proven experience in corporate secretarial duties Strong proficiency in legal research and document preparation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail About the Role: AECOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer and believes in your potential.
