Chief Networking Architect

Network Operations Manager Lead a team of Network Engineers and support production networks across domestic, international, and public clouds.Key Responsibilities: Administrative duties include network administration and performance tuning, managing high-availability systems, overseeing network performance and problem management, identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities, participating in application disaster recovery activities from the network side, handling major incidents and Severity 1 calls, leading to resolution across multiple teams, preparing Root Cause Analyses (RCA), adhering to Change Management processes, mentoring team members and junior engineers, participating actively in technology projects as the SPOC from Network Operations, collaborating across multiple Service Delivery Teams, creating solution architectures based on requirements, designing, configuring, and deploying network projects, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems for banking networks.Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in network design and operations, ability to coach and guide engineering teams, expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems for banking networks, knowledge of AWS and Azure architectural principles and key networking services, ability to work as a cross-functional team player in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in routing, switching, wireless technologies, and protocols, knowledge of NAT, VPN, encryption, MPLS, Network Access Control, WAN Optimization, and SD-WAN, troubleshooting skills and experience in Root Cause Analysis, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders and support teams, ability to implement changes and proactively seek solutions to prevent issues, hands-on experience with designing interactive applications, automation, or service management solutions, strong analytical and reasoning skills, experience in system performance monitoring and tuning, ability to integrate software solutions with existing systems, capability to develop test plans and quality assurance procedures, ability to recommend policy and procedural changes.What We Offer A challenging role with opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and education programs.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
