Job Title: Senior Export Sales Manager About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Export Sales Manager to lead our export sales team in Africa and the Middle East.Key Responsibilities: Expand export sales of aftermarket spare parts for Japanese and Korean vehicles across target regions.Promote owned and registered aftermarket brands featuring engine parts, transmission components, clutch systems, suspension and steering parts, brake systems, lubricants, and other essential components.Collaborate with supply chain, product, and marketing teams to ensure inventory levels align with market demand and business goals.Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet customers across target countries.Drive consistent sales growth, manage and mentor the export sales team, and work with marketing and product teams to develop tailored campaigns and support tools.Monitor pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the aftermarket sector.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings throughout the region.Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and strategic insights to senior management.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or automotive engineering.At least 10 years of experience in export sales.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.Benefits: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.
