Business Intelligence Developer is a critical role that entails owning the entire Business Intelligence (BI) stack. This involves ingesting data, building clean models, and delivering clear dashboards to drive action.In this position, you will partner with various teams such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to surface key metrics. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for daily/weekly executive and outlet views.Key responsibilities include modeling and transforming data from Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), inventory, and other sources into a single source of truth. This involves publishing and governing datasets, setting refresh schedules, and managing row-level security.As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will also build automated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) packs and self-serve datasets for stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct deep-dive analyses on topics like menu engineering, price tests, promotional and seasonal trends, forecasting, and store benchmarking.You will create clear documentation and data dictionaries for non-technical users. Furthermore, you will ensure data quality, resolve anomalies with vendors and internal teams, and support ad-hoc questions with fast queries and crisp narratives that drive decisions.
