The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in attracting high-net-worth clients, understanding the nuances of luxury property sales, and being able to build strong relationships with clients.Lead the recruitment of top agents who specialize in luxury real estate sales.Develop a strategy to attract and retain high-end clients through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including professional associations and industry events.Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, specifically in luxury real estate recruitment, with a proven track record of success.Deep understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and its unique challenges, as well as the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.Proven ability to assess candidates for luxury sales roles, including their soft skills and client engagement capability, through thorough interviews and reference checks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (CIPD certification preferred), with a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices.
