Job Opportunity The Real Estate Manager will support the Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET) team in developing the operational network through sourcing new properties throughout UAE.The role requires someone who can manage multiple work streams and has expertise in planning law and warehouse development.Key responsibilities include growth and development of the operational network through sourcing of new properties.Management of negotiations with landlords, agents, and lawyers to achieve successful outcomes.In-depth knowledge of planning law, development projects, and site assembly is essential for this role.Results-driven individual responsible for implementation of a full due diligence process.Assists in developing and implementing a property asset management plan for the UAE portfolio.Required Skills Strong understanding of planning law and regulatory requirements.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
