Apt Resources is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agents to join our Airline client's Ground Services team in the GCC region. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career in the aviation and customer service sector.Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at the airport.Support check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.Handle passenger inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.Ensure smooth operations in compliance with airline service and safety standards.Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment on rotational shifts.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in airline, airport, hospitality (front office), or customer service.Candidates with airline-related diploma/training courses will also be considered.Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.Professional appearance with adherence to uniform guidelines.As Per Market Standard#J-18808-Ljbffr
