Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist

Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist Working within this Global Luxury brand and reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to: Work closely with the EMEA VM team to develop, implement and oversee the visual merchandising strategies across the GCCCollaborate with local VM teams and store managers to develop and maintain visual standards Work with the in-store VM teams and Retail and Store Managers during new store openings and promotional events Ensure the GCC visual merchandising objectives are executed correctly in relation to window dressing, store re-merchandising, training staff and maintaining the stores' image Travel frequently throughout the GCC (up to 80% monthly travel) and attend seasonal meetings regarding new collections and techniques Qualifications and requirements: Must possess visual merchandising experience; VM experience in luxury is a plus Must possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills as it is critical for this role to collaborate and establish strong relationships with the EMEA and local teams Must be proficient with Microsoft programmes Must be comfortable with highly frequent travel to the GCC and Europe – up to 80% monthly travel Must possess a driving license Fluency in Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
