Experienced SAP Ariba MM Specialist

SAP Ariba MM Consultant Role Overview We seek an accomplished SAP Ariba MM Consultant to lead end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with full-cycle SAP Ariba and/or MM implementations, particularly in banking clients.Key Responsibilities: Configure and Support SAP Ariba Modules: Oversee the configuration and support of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Buying & Invoicing (B&I) modules.Manage SAP MM Configurations: Manage SAP MM configurations, including enterprise structure, purchasing, inventory management, release strategies, pricing procedures, and account determination.Drive Requirement Gathering and Design Workshops: Lead requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution documentation to ensure seamless implementation.Configure Sourcing Templates and Supplier Lifecycle Processes: Configure sourcing templates (RFI, RFP, Auctions), contract workspaces, and supplier lifecycle processes (request, registration, qualification).Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Ariba with SAP ECC/MM and support cutover planning, UAT, and hypercare.Support Procurement Process Improvements: Support procurement process improvements and compliance in industries such as pharma, manufacturing, and healthcare.Prepare Functional Specifications and Test Scripts: Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.Lead or Participate in SIT, UAT, and Go-Live Activities: Lead or participate in SIT, UAT, and go-live activities with a focus on quality and timelines.Ensure Issue Resolution and SLA Compliance: Ensure issue resolution, SLA compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Requirements: 5+ Years of Experience in SAP Ariba: 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying & Invoicing) with template configuration expertise.Strong Knowledge of SAP MM: Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP MM across PR/PO, GR/IR, inventory, release strategies, and special procurement (Subcontracting, STO, Consignment).End-to-End P2P Process Understanding: In-depth understanding of end-to-end P2P processes in both Ariba and ECC.Ariba Implementation Experience: Proven experience in Ariba implementation projects, including upstream/downstream configuration and integration.Agile Methodologies and Tools: Proficiency in preparing functional specs, test cases, training documents, and conducting UAT/SIT using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Sol Man, and QTest.Our Expectations The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
