Equiti | Junior Trader

Overview Core hours of covering the US shift with responsibility for covering EU or APAC shifts when required. Accountable to Head of Trading for Pn L and risk management across all business lines and asset classes, adhering to all company risk management policies. Work closely with Quantitative Risk Management division to optimize company revenue performance. Liaise with retail, B2B and Institutional Sales and Business Development departments in onboarding process. Assist in ongoing project work to develop new products and trading/risk management tools. Ensure risk limits are adhered to, and all procedures are carried out to the highest standard. Participate in new product release process, product specification, price provision and product management. Monitor order execution and price distribution across the group. Assist with the development of trading room practices and procedures; ensuring all process documents are kept up-to-date and in line with regulation and Equiti group policy. Ongoing analytics to ensure book segmentation remains optimal. Monitor pricing and risk algorithms for post trade order execution methods. Aid Trading Operations on any issues related to reconciliation, swaps, dividends, futures expiries, instrument setups, sweeps, market holidays. Be a point of contact for other Equiti teams to aid them with trading related queries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
