Overview of the Role The EA digital tool consultant supports enterprise architecture and process management initiatives within the GTDP division of the Al‑Futtaim Group. The consultant leads the solution architecture team to advance the SAP architecture strategy and optimize tools like Lean IX and Signavio for process optimization. The role emphasizes effective governance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. What You Will Do Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and manage the solution architecture team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development. SAP Architecture Strategy Own and advance the SAP architecture strategy, ensuring effective governance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards. Solution Architecture Perform end‑to‑end solution architecture from requirements gathering and design through implementation and oversight. Drive the evolution and optimization of the enterprise architecture toolset, focusing on Lean IX to support organizational goals and integration with SAP methodologies. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and cost‑effective technical solutions. Act as a liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner. Architecture Governance and Documentation Support architecture governance processes, including the development and enforcement of standards, guidelines, and best practices. Oversee the documentation of solution architectures, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant teams, and approval from the governance process. Risk Management and Technology Evaluation Identify architecture‑related risks, establish mitigation plans, and manage until resolution while reducing customization by implementing standard SAP features. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance the enterprise architecture landscape. Required Skills and Experience Expertise in Lean IX and Signavio for process optimization and business architecture management. Ability to manage and foster a high‑performance solution architecture team. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions. Proficiency in API‑based integrations, Graph QL, and workflow automation tools. What Qualifies You for the Role 3 to 6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process management, or related consulting roles. Proven hands‑on expertise in Lean IX configuration and integrations. Experience with Signavio Process Manager, including modeling, analysis, and governance. Strong understanding of API‑based integrations, Graph QL, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate. Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Archi Mate. Previous experience in IT digital transformation programs. Knowledge of IT portfolio management, application rationalization, and business capability modeling. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
