Minimum Qualifications MD and Ph D or Ph D with a strong publication record in high‑impact journals, high h‑index (at least 40 on Scopus), and significant citation count. Demonstrated innovation and global impact in research. Proven ability to secure competitive research grants and lead collaborative projects. Experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students, with evidence of student success. Leadership in research programs, international collaborations, and academic conferences. Awards, invited talks, and editorial roles showing peer recognition in the field. Alignment with the research goals of CMHS, UAEU, and national strategic priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Preferred Qualifications Recruitment focus on innovative trends in healthcare and biomedical sciences, including (but not limited to): stem cells, generative AI in healthcare, personalized/precision medicine and health biobanking, large‑scale population studies, impact of environment on health, healthy aging, disease prevention, and emerging technologies such as virtual/augmented reality, bioengineering, and biomedical engineering.
