Overviewfäm Properties is seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic Academy team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through compelling video content. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning videos that engage and captivate our audience, ultimately driving the growth and success of our brand.Responsibilities Video Production: Create high-quality, visually appealing property listing videos, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.Video Editing: Edit and enhance raw footage to produce professional, polished videos that tell a compelling story.Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video concepts and storyboards.Color Correction and Grading: Ensure consistent and appealing color schemes and grading in all video content.Sound Editing: Enhance audio quality and add appropriate music and sound effects to videos.Motion Graphics: Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual appeal of videos.Content Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Quality Control: Ensure that all videos meet the highest standards of quality and are error-free.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of color correction and grading techniques.Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Experience in sound editing and music selection for videos. Strong storytelling and creative skills with an eye for detail.Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
