Overview Position Title: Director of Implementation - Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 15K USD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: company resources (laptop, etc), one-time office setup allowance, salary incentive Job Location: Remote (home-based) About the Client: A global HR tech and payroll solutions provider driving digital transformation and seamless workforce management worldwide. Job Description Lead global implementation teams to deliver payroll and Saa S projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements. Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring strong governance, quality standards, and risk control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to improve implementation frameworks and automation processes. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize onboarding, integrations, and end-to-end delivery performance. Qualifications Open to European nationalities, 45 years old and below At least 10 years of experience in global payroll, HCM, or Saa S implementation management, including 8+ years in leadership roles. Proven success managing multi-country teams and enterprise-level rollouts in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience in global HR or payroll Saa S companies preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
