We work with some of the most innovative brands in the world—helping them shape narratives, build communities, and bring ideas to life through impactful, world-class events.We're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Event Manager to join our Dubai team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on creativity, precision, and delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of small-scale brand activations, VIP dinners, and networking events, through to large-scale conferences and Luna's own signature productions—including our infamous Crypto Polo Cup.You'll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to design, organize, and execute high-profile events that position Luna PR and our clients at the forefront of the Web3, crypto, and tech industries. This role also involves international travel to oversee events in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a range of events—from exclusive private gatherings and client activations to major global crypto and Web3 conferences, as well as Luna's proprietary events.Lead the full event lifecycle: concept development, budgeting, vendor and venue management, production, logistics, and on-site coordination.Build and maintain partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for both client and in-house events.Collaborate with PR, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and storytelling before, during, and after each event.Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and production partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.Manage guest lists, RSVPs, VIP coordination, and on-site experiences.Support event marketing efforts, including influencer collaborations, social coverage, and media exposure.Maintain Luna PR's standards of creativity, excellence, and flawless execution across every project.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior event team members or interns.Travel internationally to oversee and support events in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.Requirements5+ years of experience in event management (agency or brand side), ideally within PR, marketing, or tech sectors.Proven success delivering both boutique activations and large-scale international events.Strong knowledge of Web3, crypto, fintech, or emerging tech industries is highly advantageous.Established vendor, venue, and supplier relationships within the UAE and globally.Excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events at once.Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, and event design.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.Must be based in Dubai, available to work full-time in-office, and open to frequent international travel.What We Offer The opportunity to lead and execute high-profile events across Web3, fintech, and tech sectors.Global exposure through travel to key conferences and events across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.A collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment.The chance to advance within one of the region's most recognized PR and communications agencies.Role Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Public Relations and Communications Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Luna PR by 2x Get notified about new Senior Event Manager jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
