Children's Activity Coordinator

Lead Fun-Filled Activities for Kids We are seeking a dynamic Children's Activity Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities for children of all ages.Develop age-appropriate programs including arts, games, sports and education.Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children participating in the program.Work with team members to create exciting activity schedules.Ensure high energy levels and enthusiasm when interacting with children and parents.Assist with setting up, cleaning up and organizing activity areas and equipment.Monitor children's behavior and address any issues professionally and caringly.Communicate effectively with parents about their children's experiences and concerns.Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures.Attend training sessions to improve the program experience.Help organize and supervise special events and themed activities.About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a difference in their lives.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation or related field preferred.Previous experience working with children in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with children and parents.Creativity, imagination and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.Patience and ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds.Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices.First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Fluency in English; additional languages especially Arabic are a plus.Understanding of local culture and customs in the UAE.Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.High energy level and stamina to keep up with active children throughout the day.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptability to changing situations and guest needs.
