Electrical Maintenance Professional
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled electrical technician to join our facilities maintenance team. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of building and electrical systems.You will be responsible for independently supporting operational continuity and safety of our facility, working on electrical, mechanical and MEP tasks to keep the facility running at peak performance.About this Role: Maintain and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems including switchgear, wiring, panels, lighting and UPS units.Support HVAC systems including motors, pumps, V-belt replacements, chillers, AHUs, FCUs and associated control panels.Respond to power anomalies or outages and ensure safe and fast resolutions.Work with FAS and BMS systems as part of facility-wide maintenance.Conduct both preventative and corrective maintenance independently.Be on-call for critical after-hours interventions, as needed.Requirements: Diploma or certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.7+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.Strong Working Knowledge of: Electrical distribution systems UPS, LV Generators, switchgear HVAC systems (including temperature monitoring & V-belts)Basic mechanical troubleshooting Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate clearly.Nice to Have: Familiarity with cleanroom environments and how HVAC impacts performance.Working knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).Experience in industrial manufacturing or critical environments.Comfortable working across multiple trades (MEP-wide skills are a plus).Disclaimer: Applicants are advised to research the bonafides of the prospective employer independently.
