Develop Web-Based 3D Model Viewer

Front End Developer for Interactive 3D Interface East-end-Studios seeks a skilled Front End Developer to create an immersive interactive 3D interface for BIM compliance checking. This contract position offers the opportunity to develop a web-based 3D model viewer and UI components that enable users to navigate digital building models and understand regulatory compliance results at a glance.We are looking for a talented Front End Developer with experience in Web GL libraries (e.g., Three.js, IFC.js, Xeokit), UI/UX skills, and knowledge of front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing responsive 3D model viewers, implementing UI elements to visualize rule check results, and enabling intuitive navigation and interaction within the BIM model.The responsibilities include: Designing and developing a visually appealing and user-friendly 3D model viewer using Web GL libraries Implementing UI elements to display rule check results and highlight compliant/non-compliant elements Enabling seamless navigation and interaction within the BIM model through selection, info panels, and search functionality Transforming UI/UX wireframes into clean, accessible, and performant front-end components Optimizing rendering and data flow to support moderately complex BIM models Integrating with backend APIs and managing application state to ensure real-time accuracy This is a remote contract for 3 months with potential for extension.
