Senior HR Advisor We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources, with a proven track record of providing expert support across core areas.This role will involve collaborating closely with the Resourcing team to address hiring needs and provide market trend analysis and salary benchmarking guidance.The successful candidate will also work with managers to enhance performance and development across teams, ensuring a positive and high-performing culture.About This Role5–8 years' experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Advisory role.Expert knowledge of UAE Labor law and HR best practices, including tax, visa, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.What You'll Bring Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compliance, and training & development.Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.Additional Information: We are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
