Job Summary: "
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Inclusion Specialist to join our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing special education needs policy and provision in the school, ensuring individual student needs are met."
Key Responsibilities: "
"
Develop and implement inclusive strategies to support students with diverse learning needs."
Lead the inclusion team and manage learning support teachers, LSAs, and support staff to improve pupil progress and attainment."
Assess student needs using various tools and develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom teachers and external agencies."
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents through written reports and meetings."
Provide training and guidance to classroom teachers on modified lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning programmes for pupils with special educational needs."

Requirements: "
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in Special Education, certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed., and at least 2 years of experience leading a successful Inclusion team in UAE, including DSIB inspections."
