Airport Infrastructure Development Manager

Shape a pivotal piece of infrastructure in Dubai by combining your architectural background with project management skills.Job Overview: This unique role plays a crucial part in airport development, requiring leadership and collaboration to create an efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing airport facility.Responsibilities: Lead overall project management to ensure budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met for the new airport development.Oversee design team collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver a world-class airport facility.Manage all project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders including internal teams, contractors, regulatory agencies, and airlines.Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and aviation industry standards.Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in project management preferably within architecture or construction industry.Strong architectural background with proven understanding of design principles and construction practices; registered architect license is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse team.Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in design and architecture software e.g., Revit, Auto CAD.Understanding of relevant building codes and aviation industry standards is a plus.Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required; master's degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
