Laboratory Assistant

The Health Sciences Laboratory Assistant supports faculty and students within one or more Health Sciences program areas by maintaining the College's laboratories and workshops, installing, demonstrating, and troubleshooting equipment and facilities. This is a hands-on role in which the incumbent needs to work closely with faculty and students in laboratories and simulation labs. The Laboratory Assistant sets up the lab in preparation for experiments, maintains supplies, and documentation.Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.Preference will be given to candidates with industrial experience in a relevant health science laboratory.Membership in a relevant professional association is desirable.Training certificates or diplomas in health sciences laboratory practices are desirable.Salary and Benefits: Salary & Benefit details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
