Manager - External & Internal Audit (Financial Services) As Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting senior colleagues, organizing and reviewing work, overseeing and providing training/guidance to a team of Senior Associates & Associates, and being a key client contact. Key Responsibilities: Work strategically with the leadership team Manage staff planning, review work, and oversee the team Lead on large, technically complex client engagements Support the Audit Partner in team management Negotiate client fees per engagement as appropriate Participate in the interview process for new hires Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of Audit Manager experience in a top international firm in the UAE 6+ years of Audit experience in a top international firm (preferably in the UAE) Professional qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA) Strong experience auditing Financial Services institutions, especially Asset Managers and Brokerage Firms Proficiency in IFRS, internal controls, and financial statement consolidation Experience managing complex audits and delegating workloads Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills in English Leadership and analytical skills Willingness to work additional hours as needed The ideal candidate must already be based in the UAE and currently hold a Manager position in an auditing firm.
