Senior Procurement Officer - IT at Dicetek LLC Join to apply for the Senior Procurement Officer - IT role at Dicetek LLC . Overview The role manages end-to-end procurement for IT, acting as a Senior Buyer for the IT category and leading strategic procurement initiatives. Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned spend (approx. 100M per buyer), sub-category, and assigned vendor base. Prepare procurement strategy and plan for assigned spend. Conduct year-end spend analysis to identify consolidation and savings opportunities. Manage relationships with stakeholders through regular engagements. Adhere to Procurement Policies & Procedures and support line manager in closing audit points. Support Category Manager in achieving team KPIs (Savings, TAT, CSAT, Contract compliance, etc.). Enable vendor ecosystem to generate additional revenue for the Bank (where applicable). Run tenders (RFQs/RFPs) for IT requirements, solicit proposals, communicate with vendors, and negotiate terms. Issue POs to vendors for execution and delivery; create and manage contracts and contract lifecycle; maintain up-to-date contract database. Attend meetings with senior stakeholders and vendors; coordinate between IT and Vendor Management for vendor registration. Optimize use of SAP Ariba (RFP, Contract Workspace, Reverse Auction). Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of experience specific to IT procurement. Experience with electronic procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, etc.). Experience in BFSI sector (Banking) is a plus.
