Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Beauty Advisor - Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain role at CHANELYour role @ Chanel: Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be part of the sales team within our Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances, and skin-care), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each client.Job Description Position based in Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain Your role @ Chanel: Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be part of the sales team within our Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances, and skin-care), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each client.Your main responsibilities are: Embodies Chanel values and DNA: Share solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how with clients as well as the team Co-create stories with and for clients, share the brand culture, and blend it with the clients' personal stories Constantly follow the latest beauty trends and be proactive in self-learning Be a brand ambassador by respecting grooming guidelines at all times To surpass client expectations: Create a tailor-made experience, offer personalized solutions, and ensure excellence in client service according to Chanel's rituals and standards Ensure clients are welcomed properly to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty Develop cross-selling among all categories in the boutique Handle client complaints and requests effectively according to guidelines Build your own client database and focus on clienteling alongside your Manager Participate in beauty events and workshops organized for clients Boutique operation: Maintain the Boutique in accordance with VM guidelines Understand and participate in Boutique operations and report to your Manager Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs What you will bring: You are passionate about makeup and beauty, with a strong understanding of excellent client experience. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and an intercultural approach.Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor in a high-end or luxury retail environment Fluency in English and/or Arabic#J-18808-Ljbffr
