Oversees staff performance, budget preparation, and adherence to clinical standards.Patient Care & Advocacy: Assesses needs, develops care plans, facilitates emotional support, coordinates services, and monitors patient progress. Ensures evidence-based care, cultural sensitivity, and safe practices.Education & Training: Educates staff, patients, and families on healthcare measures, disease management, and patient experience. Promotes health education initiatives within the organization and community.Quality & Safety: Upholds professional conduct, prioritizes patient satisfaction, and manages concerns effectively.
