Strategic Business Growth Professional The role entails fostering profound relationships with customers and key accounts to catalyze new business opportunities, influence specifications, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.Pursue the expansion of strategic partnerships within the B2B CAC segment through the development and execution of targeted business development strategies.Proactively engage with customers to secure large-scale projects and capitalize on emerging market trends.Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to identify untapped opportunities and optimize sales efforts.Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions and value-driven proposals that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Nurture and grow long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.Key qualifications include 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B sales within the HVAC/CAC industry, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, strong multitasking and project management skills, comfort in fast-paced environments; fluency in English; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
