Recruitment Operations Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support across multiple recruitment projects.Manage Director Support: Provide coordination and administrative support to our Managing Directors and team members.Job Advertising: Create and post job adverts on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with each project brief.Inbox Management: Monitor shared inboxes, respond to candidate emails, and ensure timely communication.CV Screening: Assist in reviewing applications to identify suitable candidates.Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, send call details, prepare documents, and confirm attendance.Compliance & References: Conduct reference checks, right-to-work verifications, and maintain accurate candidate records.Data & System Hygiene: Ensure data entry is accurate across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other trackers.The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English, 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administrative support roles, and is proficient in using technology with attention to detail.
