Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users.We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.Responsibilities Community leadership involves engaging with and growing Binance-owned global and flagship communities while fostering meaningful, positive engagement.Create content and initiatives that strengthen our brand, deepen trust, and energize community members.Support Binance Angels recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.Be the connective tissue between users and the company by gathering, synthesizing, and sharing community insights with internal teams.Internal execution & project management involves identifying gaps and opportunities within current community systems and tools.Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve internal workflows, community operations, and user experience.Define KPIs, track progress, and report impact in a way that empowers the team and informs leadership.Help shape product and system roadmaps by aligning community needs with company priorities.Requirements Deep crypto-native experience is necessary, including familiarity with De Fi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, etc.Experience and knowledge of Binance products (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, NFTs).Adaptable and flexible personality is required, with a willingness to try different workflows.Strategic/operational mindset is essential, ideally with professional or academic experience in business, consulting, or project management.Proven track record of managing communities or events with strong ownership, creativity, and emotional intelligence.Skilled in social platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) and fluent in content creation/curation.Comfortable setting KPIs, reporting outcomes, and iterating based on data.Execution-oriented, scrappy, and humble individuals are preferred.Why Work Here Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric organization with a flat structure.Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment.Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Flexible work arrangement, with the option to work from home.We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
