Job Title: Nutrition Specialist We are seeking a skilled and experienced nutrition specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience, and be ready to provide expert advice on nutrition and dietary needs for patients.Key Responsibilities: Develop individualized nutrition plans based on patient needs Provide guidance on healthy eating habits Monitor patient progress and make adjustments accordingly Educate patients on nutrition and wellness Collaborate with other health professionals such as doctors, nurses, etc.Maintain detailed records of patient's dietary intake and progress Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college or university Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of the principles of dietetics and clinical nutrition Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
