Job Title: A technical professional is required to provide application support services. Key Responsibilities: To provide timely and effective resolution of tickets within the agreed SLA.Assist in identifying and resolving root cause of issues impacting production systems.Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant certification in IT or equivalent work experience.5 years of technical experience in large organizations, preferably in banking background.Hands-on experience in application production support within ITIL framework.
