Overview We're a fast-moving startup building a recruitment business with big ambitions. We're looking for entrepreneurial partners people who own the industry, want to help write our success story, and thrive on turning relationships into revenue. If you're currently employed and want to collaborate on the side to start, that's welcome, we're flexible as we build The Opportunity: Join as part of our founding delivery + business development team on a Salary/commission basis to start. As we scale together and hit shared milestones, this role transitions into permanent employment with a competitive base, benefits, and growth/leadership opportunities.Responsibilities Own a client portfolio: Leverage your existing relationships to open doors, pitch our value, and convert warm leads into signed agreements.Deliver end-to-end recruitment: Intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers, closing, and post-placement follow-up.Build repeatable revenue: Drive contract terms, negotiate fees, and increase account penetration and ARPU.Be the market expert: Advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies; position yourself as a trusted partner.Shape the playbook: Help design our GTM, candidate experience, tooling, and metrics from the ground up.Collaborate like owners: Work closely with the founders and wider team to hit shared targets and continuously improve.Qualifications Proven agency experience as a Recruitment Consultant / 360 Consultant / BD-focused Talent Partner.Portable client base or active lead pipeline—and the ability to convert.A consistent track record of placements and revenue generation (share your recent numbers).Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and a candidate-first mindset.Startup DNA: bias to action, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity.What We Offer Commission-first, then permanent: Competitive, transparent commission on invoiced placements (e.g., XX–YY% depending on deal type).Clear transition path to permanent (base + commission/bonus + benefits) once agreed revenue/margin milestones are met for N consecutive months.Upside & ownership mindset: Early influence on strategy, niche selection, and playbooks; leadership track as we scale.Tools & support: Access to sourcing tools, ATS/CRM, branding assets, case studies, and founder-led enablement.Flexible working: Remote-first; outcomes over hours.
