Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Biopharmaceutical Account Manager to promote our products and serve patients by collaborating with managers to develop and implement territory plans.Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with the manager.Partner with Cluster/Territory Teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities.Engage with peers and District Manager to learn standard methodologies.Demonstrate an understanding of industry trends, healthcare practices, clinics, and hospitals operation.Identify and capture competitive information.Follow through on customer commitments in a timely fashion.Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are up-to-date.Demonstrate an understanding of selling platforms to satisfy customer needs.Operate within agreed priorities.Seek inputs and assistance to coordinate activities.Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in training programs.Required Skills To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
