Skills Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a 360° recruitment environment (agency or executive search), ideally with a leading international firm. Business Development Acumen: Strong commercial instincts with a history of winning new clients, developing accounts, and negotiating high-value deals. Proactive Sourcing: Mastery of direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping using Linked In Recruiter, industry databases, and creative search methods. Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build, nurture, and influence long-term relationships with clients and candidates at senior and executive levels. Consultative Approach: Skilled at understanding client business needs, advising on talent strategy, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Results-Driven: Highly motivated by targets, KPIs, and financial reward, with a relentless drive to exceed expectations. Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the UAE/Middle East talent market; sector specialization in tech, finance, logistics, or related verticals is a plus.
