You will focus on site inspections, contractor coordination, and safety and quality during project execution.Your Key Responsibilities Assist the Resident Engineer in day‑to‑day supervision of substation civil works.Conduct regular site inspections to verify contractor performance and compliance with drawings and approved methods.Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction‑related documents.Monitor and witness construction and testing activities to ensure contract compliance.Support final inspections, completion certification, and handover of works.Ensure effective implementation of safety measures on site.Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).Minimum 8 years' experience in civil engineering projects, with proven experience in substation civil works in the UAE.Your Profile Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices in high‑voltage substations.Skilled in site supervision, contractor coordination, and reviewing technical submissions.Familiar with UAE authority standards and utility requirements.Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities; detail‑oriented and proactive in resolving technical/site issues.Comfortable working in multicultural, fast‑paced environments.Preferred Prior experience with TRANSCO, ADDC, DEWA or other major utilities in the UAE.Who We Are Our priorities are people, ethics, safety, and sustainability.
