Job Title: Physical Education Instructor We are seeking an experienced Physical Education Instructor with exceptional leadership skills to deliver high-quality physical education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Develop and maintain assessment procedures that align with school standards and policies.Prepare, teach, evaluate and record student progress in physical education classes.Establish effective teaching methods in a safe and supportive learning environment.Write comprehensive reports on departmental activities and achievements.Strive for quality assurance in the physical education experience by continually evaluating and improving programs.Implement and monitor departmental philosophy and objectives to ensure alignment with school goals.Maintain subject resources and facilities to ensure they meet the needs of students and teachers.Sports Events Organize and coordinate whole school events such as House Days, Sports Days, and Swimming Galas.Conduct Inter-House Sports competitions and plan associated trips to promote teamwork and sportsmanship.Plan and execute engaging displays and workshops that promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
