Cluster Learning and Development Lead We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Cluster Learning and Development Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering core training programs, company orientation, and all developmental trainings as required by the organization.The ideal candidate will have outstanding presentation skills, ability to plan, prepare, deliver and follow-up on classroom training sessions, and exceptional communication skills, great listener and convincing speaker.
