Summary The Rental Agent at Prestige Cars Company is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with all transportation requests from the outlet's guests and hotel operations.Job Responsibility Assist customers with their rental inquiries and provide detailed information on available vehicles and pricing.Process rental orders, including booking reservations, collecting payments, and issuing rental agreements.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and return of rental vehicles.Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer details.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote rental services and special offers.Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in customer service or a similar role in the car rental industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using rental management software and Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.For the Senior Rental Agent position: Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of the car rental market would be preferred.Skills Considerable sales and customer service experience Strong leadership skills Strategic planning skills Prioritizing and multi-tasking skills Excellent time management skills
