Education : Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or equivalent. Postgraduate certification (e.g., ACSM) is an advantage. Licensing & Membership : Must hold a valid home-country license. Recognized Fitness Instructor Certification (FIC) preferred. Experience : Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally in a high-performance or sports environment. Specification This is a field-based role within a high-performance sports medicine and rehabilitation center. The position involves close collaboration with athletes, coaches, and medical professionals in a fast-paced, elite sports environment. Working Relationships You will work collaboratively with athletes, coaches, physicians, technical staff, and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated, athlete-centered care. Role Overview As a Physical Coach, you’ll support elite athletes with performance training, injury prevention, and rehab programs—working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a high-performance sports environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver tailored physical training programs to enhance performance and reduce injury risk Conduct athlete assessments and track progress using evidence-based methods Collaborate with physiotherapists, doctors, and sports scientists on integrated care plans Assist in rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols for injured athletes Educate athletes on best practices in movement, conditioning, and recovery Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and service development initiatives Maintain accurate records and contribute to performance data analysis Support the development and application of new training methodologies#J-18808-Ljbffr
