Monitor equipment operation using control systems and conduct regular inspections. Troubleshoot and resolve faults to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain logs and documentation for preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for scheduled servicing.Requirements : Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience as a plant operator in a hotel, resort, or facility services environment. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals and understand operating procedures.
