Commissioning manager

Technical Skills : Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Ensure compliance of the Yard / Offshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. Technical knowledge of OFFSHORE Platform and YARD Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). Qualifications and Skills Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related equivalent field of study. Minimum five (5) years of experience with platforms greenfield, brownfield. Experience on contractor's side. Follow up Home Office, Yard and Offshore Activities. Profile with strength in commissioning electrical, instrumentation, telecom. Experience with software HEXAGON or similar i.e. ICAPS-WINPCS-ZENATOR Must be proficient in English, oral and written communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
